About This Plan

This Modern Farmhouse plan features a darling 2-story home design measuring approximately 2,899 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 2+ bathrooms. This stunning home features traditional board and batten siding with a front entry garage and two covered porches and is a great build for those looking for a spacious, yet cozy living and a family-centered environment. Its appealing exterior highlights nice, open windows allowing for natural light to flood every room in the home, two covered porches with excellent space for outdoor living and intimate entertaining, and a brick perimeter skirt. The front-entry garage hosts enough room for two cars and storage space. The garage leads to the mudroom, where there is a bench for hanging up coats, shoes, and keys, a coat closet, and a guest powder room.


The front door of the Exclusive plan leads to a foyer where you are welcomed to the home office which features a walk-in closet. This room features great window views of the front and side of the home. Past the mudroom and open rail staircase is the open concept of the family room, dining area, and kitchen. This beautifully open area details a sizable family room featuring a fireplace with built-in shelving, exposed ceiling beams, and an excellent row of windows.
